I just sold my DVD collection on eBay! You can view my cinematic tastes here. Awhile back here on this blog, I decided to keep the DVDs and remove them from my inventory because they were both a collection and a shared item. I also told myself that they didn’t take up much space since I had pitched the cases.
Well, I changed my mind. I realized that I could find most of these movies through our library system and I know I can watch any of them with our Netflix account.
I started the auction at a penny with no reserve and $10 for shipping. With only one day left on the auction, the bid was only up to $7.00. I thought some lucky customer was going to get a real steal. Ultimately, the price ended at $77.00, so I’ll be shipping them to Florida this afternoon.
